The implementation of many other applications is also feasible. In addition to metallic materials, we also process refusible plastics in the form of ropes and round rods which are often fitted with metallic or non-metallic connecting elements/sleeves (e.g. for use in cable winches).

STIR2CONNECT is constantly developing the RSV-Technology for new applications and designing market-ready, technical production solutions for them. Currently, the focus is on the application area " Wires insulated by wire enamels and high-frequency stranded wires". Parallel to the qualification of the connection technology, the associated plant system is being developed to series production readiness.
RSV machine for the assembly of aluminum cables up to 160 mm².
RSV-Production for winding goods up to 120 mm²
